Fleet Resourcing Coordinator

Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for shipboard positions across the fleet, managing the pipeline from requisition approval through offer issuance and onboarding. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies while coordinating pre-employment checks and verifying compliance with MLC requirements. Support stakeholders through candidate selection, provide regular feedback, and proactively track metrics to resolve hiring process issues. Identify and escalate recruitment risks impacting vessel manning requirements. Contribute to broader team priorities with a focus on safety, compliance, and sustainable operations.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- At least 3 years in international recruitment
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition within the maritime industry
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Experience of working with applicant tracking systems
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Safety and Compliance minded for yourself and others
- High degree of personal integrity and honesty
