Job Summary
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates through online job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring, while serving as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process. Coordinate pre-employment requirements, background checks, and onboarding documentation to ensure a smooth transition for new drivers. Monitor staffing needs and recruitment trends to support operational goals, track metrics, and prepare reports for leadership. Collaborate closely with operations, dispatch, and training teams to meet hiring goals and implement retention initiatives. Monday-Friday schedule with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO.
