Job Summary
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates through online job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring, while serving as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a positive experience from initial contact through onboarding. Coordinate pre-employment requirements, background checks, and orientation activities, and partner with operations and training teams to support smooth driver transitions. Monitor staffing needs and recruitment metrics to prepare reports for leadership and collaborate on long-term workforce planning strategies. Conduct follow-up check-ins with newly hired drivers and gather feedback to improve retention efforts and engagement programs.
