Job Summary
Monitor and track shift activities, including vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future vehicle needs to maintain optimal fleet performance. Plan and dispatch vehicles based on hourly, daily, and weekly demand forecasts to ensure the fleet meets customer requirements. Coordinate vehicle transfers between branches and manage branch inventory through effective communication with internal teams and external partners. Work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, with 5-10% travel required. Valid driver's license with a clean record and US work authorization required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year experience performing administrative tasks in an office environment
- Automotive dealership experience
- Vehicle registration experience
- Car rental industry experience
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Highly organized
- Capability to manage fleet inventory
- Capability to manage repair schedules
- Capability to manage work orders
- Capability to manage documentation
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Ability to work day or evening shifts
- Open to travel (5-10%)
