Job Summary
Fleet Personnel Officer responsible for crew planning, recruitment, rotations, and development to support safe and continuous vessel operations; will ensure regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and effective liaison between ship and shore. Key duties include developing manning plans, reviewing employment contracts, implementing crew rotations, monitoring vacancies and budgets, coordinating embarkation/disembarkation logistics, liaising with flag state authorities, communicating operational changes, assessing training needs, and optimizing travel arrangements. Requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of maritime employment markets and labor laws, proficiency in English, and ability to coordinate across geographies with multiple stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in a maritime-related field
