Job Summary
Document operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve onboarding, knowledge sharing, and consistency across regions in the Netherlands, Belgium, and France. Analyze fleet performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, while investigating root causes alongside teams to drive operational excellence. Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools in Google Sheets, support small automations, and contribute to ad-hoc reporting for strategic decision-making. Collaborate with Fleet Coordinators, OEM partners, and suppliers to understand challenges and shape practical solutions. This paid internship offers structured guidance for students pursuing degrees in Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields, with a focus on hands-on experience within a fast-growing logistics operation.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Fluent in English
- Genuine interest in data-driven analysis and process improvement approaches (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
- Clear communicator who can work well with stakeholders across different styles and backgrounds
- Proactive and independent, comfortable taking ownership of tasks
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or Tableau
- Dutch language skills
