Job Summary
The Fleet Operations Support Specialist will facilitate support functions for quoting, invoicing, and closing sales for used and retail fleet sales. Responsibilities include maintaining communication with sales teams, generating quotes, assisting in the sales process, and updating operational procedure documents. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting a team. Ideal candidates will have computer skills, an understanding of financial concepts, and the ability to improve processes within the sales support framework. Prior sales or construction experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Computer skills using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and/or Microsoft Office
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with the ability to train & cross train team members
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Fundamental financial acumen focusing on pricing, costs data, rental agreements, and RPO calculations
- Ability to multi-task across multiple systems and documents while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Broad experience in the construction industry, specifically around various types of construction equipment
- Prior sales experience
- Past experience in construction
