Fleet Operations Supervisor - Augusta

Job Summary
Supervise KV Van and Kennebec Explorer vehicle operators and oversee fleet vehicle maintenance at the Augusta campus. Conduct interviews and orient new drivers on program policies and procedures. Coordinate with supervisors at Waterville and Skowhegan campuses to ensure policy continuity. Perform back-up driver duties when spare drivers are unavailable. Manage support tasks including radio maintenance and preparation of monthly reports. Requires leadership experience, computer proficiency, and a clean driving record. Must pass background checks and physical examination. Full-time role with 13 paid holidays and employer-sponsored retirement benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Have leadership and supervisory experience
- Computer experience including Word, Excel, data base, and spreadsheets
- Have a good driving record with no serious or recurring moving violations
- Associates Degree and/or specialized training related to the position
- Ability to pass an Agency approved physical examination, pre-employment drug screening, and pass DMV, State Bureau of Investigation, Department of Health & Human Services, Sex Offender Registry and fraud background checks
