Job Summary
Manage the maintenance and repair of Voi scooters and e-vans by collecting damaged vehicles, performing quick on-site repairs, diagnosing broken units, and executing battery replacements. Handle logistics for collecting and providing scooters, including accepting, packaging, and provisioning new vehicles and batteries at the warehouse. Recycle and dismantle vehicles that cannot be repaired and support on-site teams with clearing parking spaces or setting up fallen vehicles. Requires a full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months, knowledge of London, and the ability to drive company e-vans under any weather conditions. Schedule includes Monday to Friday shifts from 06:00 to 14:00 for 37.5 hours per week on a six-month fixed-term contract.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence for at least 12 months
- No more than 6 points on driving licence
- No major offences on driving licence
- In-depth knowledge of the city
- Experience driving in the city
- Physical condition that allows carrying heavy loads
- Ability to react calmly to stressful situations
- DBS Check clearance
