Job Summary
Support documentation, compliance, and administrative workflows to keep Inspiration’s vehicle assets road-ready and fleet operations efficient. Responsibilities include end-to-end registration and titling document workflow (intake, organization, scanning, storage, routing, shipment), coordinating with customers, internal teams, vendors, financing partners, and state agencies to collect information, signatures, and required documentation, maintaining physical and digital records across systems, monitoring task queues and workflow tools, resolving documentation gaps and delays, acting as a responsive point of contact for inquiries, and contributing to metrics, SOPs, training materials, and process improvements to improve accuracy, turnaround time, visibility, and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of administrative, operations, or coordination experience
- experience in fleet, automotive, leasing, logistics, title and registration, or other regulated environments is a plus
