Fleet Operations Specialist

Fleet Operations Specialist responsible for operational support of chassis inventory across the FlexiVan network, including reconciliation and fulfillment, data integrity, and coordination of inventory updates. Supports Fleet Operations, Customer Service, and Sales by addressing operational inquiries, coordinating Salesforce-related approvals, and maintaining accurate fleet data. Responsibilities include reporting and reconciliation of depot inventory, audits of internal systems, coordinating with offshore teams for inventory uploads, communicating inventory priorities to internal teams and external stakeholders, assisting with asset disposition, coordinating equipment release and delivery tracking, managing customer support inquiries, and producing operational reports and KPI metrics to support decision-making. Proficiency in Excel and Office 365, strong communication, attention to detail, data analysis, and ability to work cross-functionally are required.
