Job Summary
Fleet Operations & Billing Coordinator role focusing on owning the operational and billing aspects for a portfolio of managed aircraft. You will translate aviation operations knowledge into cost tracking, invoice validation, and detailed financial reporting, coordinating with operations, maintenance, crew scheduling, and technical teams to ensure compliance, service quality, and accurate budgeting. The role sits at the intersection of aviation operations and financial rigor, supporting Key Account Managers and internal stakeholders with reliable data, proactive communication, and accurate cost optimization across maintenance events, crew costs, fuel, handling, insurance, and related expenses.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in scheduled or non-scheduled aviation roles (aircraft management, flight operations, charter coordination, trip support, or FBO operations)
- experience in a managed fleet environment is a strong asset
- solid understanding of full cost structure of operating an aircraft including maintenance events, crew costs, fuel, handling, insurance, navigation fees
- comfortable with budgets, validating invoices, and building clear financial reports
- ability to read and challenge cost lines intelligently
- strong communication skills and ability to work with internal teams
- fluency in French and English is mandatory
- detail-oriented, highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts
- experience with CRM tools, Excel, and reporting platforms
- discretion, professionalism, and solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
