Job Summary
Fleet Operations Assistant responsible for deploying and rebalancing an e-scooter fleet across the city, keeping vehicles charged and safe, and performing street-side repairs. Driving vans to collect/deploy scooters and swap batteries, ensuring scooters are parked neatly and streets remain clear, locating lost scooters, returning or making them available in the city, and assisting the warehouse and Operations team as needed. Requires EU B driving license with manual transmission, strong local knowledge, hands-on, safety-minded approach, comfort with smartphones and mechanical tools; English is a plus. Hybrid on-site/remote work arrangement in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
Required Qualifications
- EU B driving license
- ability to operate cars with manual transmission
- local language skills
- experience as a professional driver is advantageous
- proactive hands-on approach
- comfortable with smartphones and mechanical tools
- English skills are an advantage
