Job Summary
Fleet Operation Supervisor responsible for monitoring and improving Rider performance and compliance within a designated zone. Oversees reporting, on-ground issue resolution, rider recruitment, roster management, onboarding and training with Rider Trainer, inventory and equipment usage compliance, rider grooming and professionalism, and the development of performance-improvement plans to elevate underperforming riders. Also accountable for reducing rider-originated customer complaints and handling day-to-day issues impacting zone performance. Requires a Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years in the food/grocery tech industry, strong communication (English; Arabic a plus), proficiency in Google Suite, and demonstrated people-management, negotiation, and public-speaking skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in the food/grocery tech industry preferred
- Proficient in Google Suite tools (GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms)
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic a plus
- Influencer and negotiator with good public speaking and presentation skills
- People management experience
