Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on diesel engines and equipment, including oil changes, lubrications, and filter replacements. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in mixer trucks, loaders, dump trucks, tankers, and other heavy equipment using diagnostic tools. Rebuild, replace, or repair major components such as engine heads, blocks, starters, and transmissions. Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance and repairs, minimizing downtime while ensuring compliance with all safety policies. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work using company systems. Variable shifts are required to support fleet operations, with no Sunday work. Entry-level candidates receive on-the-job training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to complete SRM's pre-employment screenings
- Willingness to work variable shifts as needed to support fleet operations

- Proven experience as a diesel mechanic, fleet mechanic, or heavy equipment technician
- Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment

- Commitment to safety standards and protocols
