Job Summary
Maintain and repair a growing fleet of company vehicles and construction equipment including diesel engines, vibratory plows, and directional drills; perform routine maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, maintain service records, assist with parts and inventory, complete oil changes and fluid checks, service trucks, trailers, and field equipment, and provide on-site or emergency repairs to support field crews while following all safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Class A CDL preferred, but not required
- Experience working on diesel equipment and construction machinery preferred
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and driving record check for insurability
- Ability to lift 50–100 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet scheduling demands
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight occasionally for field repairs when needed
