Job Summary
Manage day-to-day truck and landscape equipment maintenance, including planning schedule dates, ordering parts, and tracking all equipment to ensure proper documentation. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues while standardizing procedures to improve shop efficiency. Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with managers and team associates for maintenance scheduling. This role supports a growing landscaping business focused on fleet upkeep and operational reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a shop or landscape maintenance environment
- Minimum of 3 years production manager experience in a fleet maintenance
- Demonstrated proficiency in computers and documentation
- Planning and communication skills
- Working well in a team environment
