Job Summary
Fleet Mechanic responsible for maintaining and improving a diverse vehicle fleet through routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical issues, performing repairs on engines, hydraulic and brake systems, documenting work and parts used, and collaborating with the team to uphold high industry standards. Must stay current with automotive technology and tools, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and work both independently and within a team to ensure vehicles operate safely and reliably.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in vehicle maintenance or mechanical diagnostics
- Ability to perform inspections and preventive maintenance
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing engines, hydraulic systems, brake systems, and related components
- Strong documentation skills for work performed and parts used
- Team-oriented with good communication
- Willingness to stay updated with automotive tech and tools
