Job Summary
Diagnose and repair truck, trailer, and yard tractor components including doors, floors, side panels, electrical, and air brake systems. Perform preventive maintenance and routine technical repairs to ensure all fleet vehicles, lift-gates, and company equipment remain safe and compliant with federal standards. Safely operate gauges, forklifts, shunt trucks, torches, grinders, and various hand and power tools while conducting DOT inspections. Assist drivers with outstanding vehicle issues and maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to company policies and safety rules. Requires heavy diesel truck and trailer mechanic skills, experience with air brake and hydraulic systems, and ability to work in changing climatic conditions.

Desired Qualifications
- Prior welding and fabrication experience
