Job Summary
Diagnose and repair fleet vehicles including general maintenance, brakes, electrical systems, transmissions, and engine components. Inspect vehicles for wear, schedule necessary repairs with the Fleet Manager, and log all service in the work order system. Maintain shop cleanliness and inventory while collaborating with Operation Managers to ensure safe patient transportation. Requires knowledge of Ford E Series, Transit, and Dodge Caravans, ASE certification preferred, and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive hourly pay of $23–$30 based on experience, plus medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and $5,000 tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with Ford E Series, Ford Transit, Dodge Caravans
- Must have own tools
- Driver License
- Minimum 5 years of documented mechanic experience on light, medium, and heavy equipment
- Satisfactory driving history / Clean driving record
- Background check
- Negative Drug Test required
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Some holidays may be required
Desired Qualifications
- ASE certification preferred
