Job Summary
Fleet Marketing Manager responsible for leading a marketing team focused on driving long-term growth and engagement across the TravelCenters of America network with pro drivers and fleet managers. Develops and executes pro driver and fleet experiences, builds and activates B2B marketing plans and content, and partners with Fleet Sales to sell-in and execute branded programs. Drives fleet growth opportunities through segmentation (fleet and ABM), content alignment, vendor relations, events and activation tools, performance tracking, and collaboration with Hub, Sales, and global marketing to protect and grow volume and margin. Requires senior-level marketing experience, strong analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage campaigns, events, and content that optimize engagement and sales growth.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience in marketing, partner management, or sales enablement
- Great analytical skills to gather insights and track performance metrics
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability
- Strong project management skills and customer-focused mindset
- Experience with B2B marketing and activation of fleet/pro driver programs
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Hub, Sales, global marketing) and manage vendor/agency relationships
- Experience with data-driven marketing, segmentation (fleet/driver), and offer development
