Fleet Manager

Job Summary
Develop and execute fleet forecasting models based on headcount and geographic expansion to ensure optimal fleet sizing for over 1,000 vehicles. Lead sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation with leasing companies and manufacturers to secure favorable pricing, while monitoring spending against budget and providing variance analysis. Manage vendor performance across maintenance providers, fuel programs, and upfitting partners, ensuring timely registration, licensing, and compliance documentation. Leverage telematics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve operational performance. Requires 10+ years of strategic oversight experience, ability to travel 20%, and familiarity with Geotab or Samsara.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
- Ability to travel 20%
- 10+ years of proven experience in the strategic oversight, optimization, and lifecycle management of a fleet exceeding 1,000 vehicles
- 10+ years of proven experience managing vendor performance, including leasing partners, maintenance providers, fuel programs, and upfitting/branding vendors within a scalable, cost-efficient fleet program that supports rapid company growth and operational demands
