Job Summary
Fleet Manager to lead the strategic oversight, optimization, and lifecycle management of a 1,000+ vehicle fleet. Responsible for fleet forecasting, procurement, cost control, compliance, and operational efficiency while partnering across functions to support rapid growth. Key duties include developing fleet strategy, evaluating vehicle types and standardization, leading sourcing and vendor negotiations, monitoring fleet spend against budgets, maintaining registrations and insurance, and leveraging telematics/data analytics to drive performance. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, able to travel ~20%, and able to work onsite in Mechanicsburg, PA (relocation available). The role requires leadership of a team and collaboration with leasing and upfitting/branding vendors to support a scalable fleet program.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Will travel up to 20% as needed
- 10+ years of fleet strategy, optimization, and lifecycle management for large fleets (>1,000 vehicles)
- 10+ years of vendor performance management with leasing, maintenance, fuel programs, and upfitting/branding vendors
- Experience with Geotab, Samsara or similar telematics (preferred)
- Ability to work onsite in Mechanicsburg, PA
- Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong procurement, negotiation, and cost-management capabilities
- Experience with fleet data analytics and reporting
