Fleet Manager

Job Summary
Develop and execute fleet forecasting models based on headcount, geographic expansion, and operational demand to ensure optimal fleet sizing for a fleet exceeding 1,000 vehicles. Lead sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation with leasing companies, manufacturers, and vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms while monitoring and controlling fleet-related spending against budget. Maintain accurate insurance records, ensure timely registration and compliance documentation, and leverage telematics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve operational performance. Manage vendor performance across maintenance providers, fuel programs, and upfitting partners to support rapid organizational growth. Requires 10+ years of experience in fleet lifecycle management and vendor oversight, with 20% travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
- Ability to travel 20%
- 10+ years of proven experience in the strategic oversight, optimization, and lifecycle management of a fleet exceeding 1,000 vehicles
- 10+ years of proven experience managing vendor performance, including leasing partners, maintenance providers, fuel programs, and upfitting/branding vendors within a scalable, cost-efficient fleet program that supports rapid company growth and operational demands
