Job Summary
Lead a fleet of up to 45 drivers at Roehl Transport, coaching drivers to be productive, safe, and able to deliver flawless service to customers. Collaborate with drivers, customer service, and TeamRoehl to develop business, solve problems creatively, and build strong relationships grounded in trust. Focus on driver success, ensuring productive freight, on-time deliveries, and accident-free operations while supporting work-life balance. Eligible for two monthly bonuses and a range of benefits including medical, dental, 401k, profit sharing, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
