Job Summary
Fleet Manager to develop and grow the dealership’s fleet and commercial vehicle sales with business, municipal, and government customers. Build and maintain long-term relationships, prospect new fleet opportunities, manage the full sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery, present fleet programs and upfit options, prepare quotes/bids/proposals, coordinate with sales management, finance, service, and upfit partners, and track activity in CRM while meeting monthly and annual fleet sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- Automotive sales or B2B sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Valid driver’s license
