Job Summary
Manage the assigned full fleet of tractors and drivers as the primary communication link for load information, purchase orders, and maintenance coordination. Drive optimum performance by ensuring on-time pickups, managing pallets, controlling out-of-route miles, and maintaining Hours of Service compliance. Coordinate special routing needs, conduct daily accounting of assets, and provide performance counseling to achieve customer satisfaction. Requires a college degree in business or five years of fleet management experience.
