Coordinate fleet availability, scheduling, and vehicle condition while managing maintenance, repairs, and technical inspections like TÜV. Administer vehicle documentation including licenses, insurance, and inspection reports, and oversee key and tracking systems to ensure smooth operations. Support drivers with assignments, issue resolution, and safety policy communication, while independently optimizing existing fleet processes. Based in Berlin with a Class B license, this role requires strong German and English skills and structured problem-solving. Enpal, a solar energy unicorn, integrates thousands of systems via AI to optimize energy access and feed-in efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Wohnsitz in Berlin
- Führerschein der Klasse B
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
