Job Summary
Fleet Manager to grow and manage our commercial fleet vehicle sales. Build and maintain long-term relationships with business, municipal, and government customers while delivering commercial vehicle solutions. Manage the full sales process from prospecting through vehicle delivery; present fleet programs, incentives, and upfit options; prepare quotes, bids, and proposals; coordinate with sales management, finance, service, and upfit partners; track activity and customer information using CRM tools; meet or exceed monthly and annual fleet sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- Automotive sales or B2B sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Valid driver’s license
