Fleet Manager responsible for dispatching Class A drivers, ensuring on-time delivery, DOT compliance, and freight bill accuracy. Focus on customer satisfaction, equipment utilization, and safety; maintain load entry accuracy; back up administrative duties as needed; enforce safety policies; assist with safety training and safety checklists; monitor Hours of Service and DOT/state regulations; ensure tractors/trailers receive PM/BIT inspections and that damages are charged appropriately; daily fuel-purchase audits; reporting to Site Manager as assigned. Key skills include customer relations, leadership by example, adaptability, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to professionalism and respect across the team. Salary base up to $71,000 per year plus bonus eligibility; comprehensive benefits offered.
