Job Summary
Fleet Manager for ContainerPort Group in Sauget, responsible for supervising a fleet of owner-operators, ensuring on-time delivery, optimizing load distribution, coordinating loads with customers and the Success team, negotiating rates with contractors, and maintaining compliance with DOT regulations. Requires 2-5 years of intermodal/transportation experience, HS diploma, strong communication and dispatch skills, and proficiency with TMS and MS Office.
Required Qualifications

- 2-5 years of intermodal/container transportation experience
- Experience working with fleet of contractors/owner operators
- Working knowledge of DOT regulations
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills and experience using MS Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word
- Computerized dispatch skills (experience using TMS)
