Job Summary
Manage a large vehicle fleet across multiple locations by coordinating deployment, maintaining vehicle records, and resolving operational incidents like accidents or breakdowns. Lead direct and indirect driver teams through supervisory structures, organizing training on safety and inspection standards while monitoring compliance. Analyze transportation performance and route profitability to recommend cost optimization initiatives and develop long-term fleet plans for purchasing, leasing, and disposal. Requires 3–5 years of fleet management experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in fleet management software. Full statutory social insurance, health insurance, and performance-based rewards included.
Required Qualifications
- College or Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Automotive Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in fleet management, transportation operations, or a similar position
- Experience managing a large-scale vehicle fleet
