Job Summary
Coordinate and manage vehicle repairs across the operations network, ensuring all repairs meet defined service levels and lead time targets. Monitor and track end-to-end repair processes, proactively addressing delays or bottlenecks to maintain high service standards. Advise stakeholders on workshop-related topics and contribute to process analysis and optimization initiatives to identify areas for improvement. Identify training needs within the team and support the development and delivery of training materials. Document and maintain accurate process records in partnership with senior experts to ensure compliance and process transparency. Ensure accurate and timely execution of all administrative tasks related to vehicle maintenance and repairs.
