Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance repairs on Shamrock Fleet vehicles, including tractors, trucks, and refrigerated trailers. Manage, prioritize, and assign tasks to service providers while coordinating with Transportation & Fleet management to minimize equipment downtime. Oversee daily PM scheduling, track inspections, and approve vendor invoices and billing requests. Conduct quality control reviews, inspect breakdown repairs, and drive vehicles for test drives or returns to division facilities. Respond to emergencies and time-sensitive afterhours service needs, including mobile fleet repairs on property or roadside. Maintain parts and tire inventories, approve off-site repairs, and monitor Fleet CSA scores and incoming RSI's. Communicate equipment availability to dispatch and file fuel receipts. Follow all federal, state, and local regulations regarding safety and DOT compliance.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a heavy-duty truck repair environment
  • The candidate must be at least 21 years of age
  • Have a clean driving record for the past 39 months
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Must be flexible to work with the demands of the operation to include, but not limited to overnights, weekends, holidays, and travel
