Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead a fleet maintenance shop and supervise a team of technicians focused on preventive maintenance and repairs for trucks, heavy equipment, and related systems. Ensure safety and regulatory compliance, schedule repair work, coach technicians, conduct inspections and quality controls, manage maintenance diagnostics, and oversee shop inventory and budgets. Requires hands-on expertise across engine, transmission, braking, hydraulics, electrical, HVAC, welding, and related systems; strong supervisory, training, and administrative skills; ASE certifications and 3+ years in maintenance with leadership experience are expected.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification T3 Drive. T4 Brake. T5 Suspension and Steering. T6 Electrical/Electronic. T7 HVAC Systems. ASE T2 Diesel Engine. ASE T Master Certified.
