Fleet Maintenance Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Job Summary
The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the division's fleet of trucks and equipment, ensuring DOT compliance and safety. This role involves scheduling and overseeing repairs and preventative maintenance, supervising a team of mechanics and welders, and performing on-road repairs as needed during the 2nd shift. The Supervisor will also conduct research on repair techniques and maintain shop safety standards. A technical degree in Diesel Technology and 2-5 years of relevant supervisory experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- A technical degree in Diesel Technology
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience in managing a diesel maintenance shop or similar combination of training and experience
- Ability to bend, stoop, sit and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Valid CDL 'B' license is a plus
- PA state inspection license
