Fleet Maintenance Shift Supervisor - Yellow Iron

Oversee daily shop operations, coordinate maintenance work and repairs, and monitor progress and quality. Review driver repair requests, prepare work orders, and perform mechanical duties as needed. Manage parts inventory, restock supplies, and supervise personnel including coaching, training, evaluating performance, and conducting disciplinary actions. Interpret organizational policies and safety regulations to ensure consistent compliance. Create and submit reports as necessary. This safety-sensitive role requires strict adherence to safety rules and protocols, with potential for drug and alcohol testing. The position offers a base pay range of $85,000 - $92,000 plus incentive pay, medical, dental, and vision benefits.
