Job Summary
The Operations Management Trainee (OMT) is a structured 18 to 24-month training program aimed at developing leadership and operational knowledge in the transportation and logistics industry. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, coordinating with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction, overseeing maintenance scheduling and efficiency, and participating in problem-solving efforts. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree, strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to achieving organizational goals. Relocation within the business unit is required upon completion of the training program.
