Job Summary
Supervise 2 direct reports and manage the preventive maintenance program while overseeing bid requests, purchases, and supplier follow-ups. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, audit asset management processes, and standardize fleet rolling equipment through optimized equipment use projects. Produce and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), track costs, and manage transportation projects in the IT Guide system to decrease road breakdowns and reduce maintenance expenses. Requires 5+ years of leadership experience in transportation, proficiency in US transportation regulations, and advanced Excel skills. Based in Green Bay, this role offers a competitive base salary with an annual bonus up to 15% and quarterly bonuses.
