Job Summary
Oversee shop technicians, schedule and track preventative and corrective maintenance, and ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards. Control repair budgets, manage parts and vendor relationships, and leverage fleet/CMMS systems to minimize downtime. Collaborate with transportation and operations teams to align fleet readiness with delivery schedules while driving continuous improvement, safety culture, and technician development. Manage nationwide food distribution operations supporting Performance Food Group's delivery network.
