Fleet Maintenance Foreman

Lead the fleet maintenance department by overseeing preventive maintenance programs and directing a team of mechanics. Troubleshoot equipment issues, assist drivers with vehicle problems, and inspect diesel trucks, forklifts, and moving machinery while maintaining accurate records of inspections and operational data. Train employees on safety procedures and company policies, monitor their comprehension, and retrain as necessary. Ensure a safe, clean work environment through routine housekeeping and proper tool storage. Verify work progress against specifications and advise the supervisor on equipment requiring attention. Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and plant leadership to ensure on-schedule, safe delivery of products.
