Job Summary
Fleet Maintenance Administrator supports day-to-day operations of the Northdale Fleet Maintenance Shop by managing administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing essential support to maintenance activities. Responsibilities include data entry for maintenance records, managing work orders from creation to completion, processing vendor invoices, tracking inventory and parts, coordinating asset movements, and facilitating communication among technicians, supervisors, and vendors. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a maintenance or fleet environment
