Fleet Key Account Manager (APAC)

Job Summary
Fleet Key Account Manager (APAC) responsible for managing relationships with taxi and limousine fleet partners across APAC, with a focus on strategic account planning, contract negotiation, onboarding/training of fleets, data-driven performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and service quality. Fully remote in Taiwan; requires B2B/channel sales experience, strong negotiation and analytics skills, English proficiency at C1, and ability to coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Tech, Operations) to optimize fleet services and IT tooling.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the procurement field or B2B / channel sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with intercultural experience
- Proficiency in data analysis and trend identification to drive informed business decisions
- Demonstrated ability to approach problem-solving in a structured manner, showcasing independence and creativity
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English - C1 is a must
