Fleet Key Account Manager (APAC)

Job Summary
Fleet Key Account Manager (hunter & farmer) for APAC, fully remote in China. The role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with taxi and limousine fleet partners across cluster countries in the APAC region, driving strategic account plans, negotiating deals, onboarding new fleets, and leveraging data to optimize fleet services. You will collaborate with Sales, Tech, Operations and other departments, report to the Regional Head of Fleet (European time zone), and work within a 100% remote setup in China with a base plus commission compensation structure. Key duties include relationship management, contract negotiation, onboarding/training of fleets, data analysis and KPI reporting, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to improve processes and IT tools. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, minimum 3 years in procurement or B2B/channel sales, strong negotiation and intercultural skills, data-analysis proficiency, CRM familiarity, and excellent English and Chinese communication at C1 level. The position offers 100% remote work, home office flexibility, and a multi-stage interview process conducted in English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or B2B / channel sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with intercultural experience
- Proficiency in data analysis and trend identification to drive informed business decisions
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English - at least C1
