Fleet Key Account Manager (APAC)

Job Summary
Fleet Key Account Manager (APAC) is responsible for managing relationships with taxi and limousine fleet partners across cluster countries, leading strategic account planning, negotiating and onboarding new fleets, and collaborating with Sales, Tech, and Operations to optimize IT systems and processes. The role requires building strong partner networks, using data analytics to drive performance, staying informed on market trends, and delivering regular performance insights. The position is fully remote in Hong Kong and reports to the Regional Head of Fleet in European time zone; candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in procurement or B2B/channel sales, with strong English communication and CRM proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or B2B / channel sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with intercultural experience
- Proficiency in data analysis and trend identification to drive informed business decisions
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English - C1 is a must
