Job Summary
As a Fleet Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for generating leads and selling MIG’s services to mid-market and large fleet accounts. Key responsibilities include explaining MIG’s core services, calling trucking companies for coverage, shopping rates from various insurance companies, preparing competitive insurance packages, executing successful sales plans, and maintaining client relationships with ongoing customer service. The role requires a strong customer service orientation, organizational skills, and the ability to negotiate. A background in the insurance or transportation industry is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Insurance/transportation industry knowledge required
