Job Summary
Manage AP invoice coding, enter daily dispatch and work orders, and process driver electronic logs. Support the finance department on month-end close procedures including physical inventory and trailer DOT reporting. Enter data for weekly check runs, process driver miles and expenses for payroll, and back up the dispatcher. Handle postal mail, daily package distribution, and filing paperwork. This role supports the Fleet Manager and safety program while maintaining accurate daily reports. Previous experience in transportation or accounting is preferred.

- Must be available for M-F, 7a - 4pm
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check
- Must be able to pass drug screen
