Fleet Engagement & Recruiting Specialist

Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates; build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, community outreach, and recruiting events; onboard Independent Contractors, guiding new drivers from application through onboarding and vehicle placement; foster positive driver engagement and retention; maintain recruiting, onboarding, and retention records and generate management reports; collaborate with operations and leadership to support workforce development and driver success; strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
