Job Summary
Responsible for driver recruitment, onboarding of Independent Contractors, driver engagement and retention, and administrative reporting in Dulles, VA. Develop recruiting strategies, build candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, community outreach, and events; promote driving opportunities via local partnerships and hiring initiatives; guide new drivers from application through onboarding and vehicle placement; foster positive relationships with active drivers; identify opportunities to improve driver satisfaction and retention; collaborate with operations and leadership to support engagement initiatives; maintain recruiting and onboarding records and prepare regular reports for management.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, workforce development, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities
