Job Summary
Drive assigned vehicles to deliver packages and pick up shipments on scheduled routes while meeting service and performance objectives. Load and unload the assigned vehicle, ensuring all loads are properly secure. Operate warehouse equipment as needed to assist fulfillment center daily operations. Maintain assigned vehicles per schedule and submit required daily, weekly, and monthly compliance reports. Handle hazardous materials, pesticides, and prescription drugs according to company processes and applicable laws. Ensure all loads are properly secure for transport and maintain a secure, organized, clean, and safe warehouse and vehicle environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Obtain a satisfactory MVR review
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to drive assigned vehicle
- Knowledge of delivery area and ability to read maps
- Able to work as an effective team member
- Basic problem solving/troubleshooting skills
- Effective time management skills
- Lift and carry up to 55 pounds
- Team lift 56 to 100 pounds
- Move loads on pallet jack (w/pallets/totes/barrels) weighing up to 2,500 lbs
- Load and unload vehicle
- Maintain acceptable driving record
- Current driver's license
- Perform all work in accordance with Company Safety guidelines and procedures including all required Safety and Compliance Training and regulatory licensing
Desired Qualifications
- One-year experience as a delivery driver preferred
